50+ days	Cancellation up to 50 days before arrival 30% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.
49 to 30 days	Cancellation between 49 to 30 days before arrival 50% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.
29 days to 1 day	Cancellation between 29 days to 1 day before arrival 100% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.

We had a great stay. Marije had a great welcome for us, with refreshments and also shared really useful tips for our holiday. The apartments were very clean, modern and quiet, with hot tub, along with a lovely pool (pool shared but quiet). The apartment really had everything we needed. Also, very convenient to local shop (2 mins) and the beach is a short walk with many nice local restaurants nearby. Split is 15 minutes in taxi, which was great. We were happy to be in Podstrana, which is quieter. We had a wonderful holiday!

Marija and Frank's apartments were great, and they are really friendly and helpful. They organised a taxi for us from the airport (with Ivan, recommended taxi driver) and we're there to show us around when we arrived despite it being about 9 pm. We had the ground floor apartments which have the private area and jacuzzi, it was all pristine and spacious. Having the pool was amazing as we were there during a heatwave and it was glorious being able to cool down after returning from the beach or anywhere else. The shop is very close and sells most things, there are bakeries about 12 mins walk away, go along the beach path though, first day we walked along the road until we worked out you could walk parallel on the beach. The beach is close by about 6 mins walk down hill and via an underpass, the road can be busy. If you're like us and need some shade the best bet is to get there early to find a shady spot in the morning or wait until late afternoon. Highly recommended.
