49 to 30 days	Cancellation between 49 to 30 days before arrival 50% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.
29 days to 1 day	Cancellation between 29 days to 1 day before arrival 100% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.

Endi was an excellent host, always available to help. The apartment was amazing and in the best location in Split, with a deck overlooking the harbour. Endi met us on arrival, showed us around, and provided a fully equipped fridge, snacks, and wine which was extremely thoughtful and very generous. We also received restaurant recommendations, which were both delicious. There is a supermarket downstairs for anything extra you may need. Traumhaftes is a must-stay.

Endi met us at the apartment to let us in and show us how everything worked. The place was stunning, the fridge fully stocked with food and snacks left us. Everything we might need was there. The view from the balcony was the best we have ever had, literally looking directly down onto the marina. It was a few minutes walk to the Riva and restaurants but nicely private. We would come back without hesitation.

Fabulous apartment. Owner very helpful and met us at the apartment. Fully equipped with top quality appliances. Fridge full of provisions, huge fruit bowl and sweets/snacks provided. Sauna and hot tub great and easy to use. Superb position overlooking the harbour..an ever changing view. Easy walk into the Old Town. Split a fantastic place. Not the cheapest apartment but well worth it. We loved it

Just returned from a week at Endi and Marija's apartment. Loved it. It is a beautiful space, just as described. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The hosts met us upon arrival and were quick to respond to messages. There are a couple of restaurants immediately opposite the apartment and it is a 5/10 walk into the main town. No hesitation in recommending, the best air b&b I have stayed in.
