29 days to 1 day	Cancellation between 29 days to 1 day before arrival 100% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty.

Endi met us and walked us through the apartment and all the wonderful amenities. He also stocked the kitchen with snacks, breakfast items, drinks, wine, etc. The apartment is located across from the marina and just a short walk from everything! We were so happy with the accommodations and location!!

Endi is fantastic!! The apartment is amazing. You cannot get a bigger bang for your buck than here. A beautiful view of the marina with all the yachts is what you waking up to daily. Endi is so helpful. Endi actually stocked the fridge with food and beer and wine, no extra charge. The best Airbnb stay I’ve ever had!

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, well-appointed, and in a great location. As others have mentioned, the apartment is pre-stocked with a ton of drinks and snacks which was a nice touch. Our host explained all of the amenities in the apartment when we arrived and was very responsive during our stay. We had a couple of issues come up during our stay, but they were quickly and satisfactorily addressed. If you are sensitive to noise, please keep in mind that the apartment faces a busy street and that there is currently a large-scale construction project going on next door.

Great location overlooking the water! Host also fully stocked the fridge for our 1-week stay which was a super nice touch. Would be great to have self check-in available to make it even more seamless, but that’s being knit picky. Fantastic place. Would highly rec and stay again

Superb location with great view. Very clean and unique apartment. Host was very generous with abundant supply of grocery, snacks and drinks. Nice host and responsive. Enjoyed the stay tremendously!
