49 to 30 days	Cancellation between 49 to 30 days before arrival 50% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.
29 days to 1 day	Cancellation between 29 days to 1 day before arrival 100% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.

Friendly contact person who lived in the neighboring house. Helped us with everything we needed and always responded promptly to messages. There were very nice cats everywhere, which was a big plus for us ♥️ Is a very quiet neighborhood with almost only locals. Suitable for us perfectly but if you want a lively place you should look closer to Brela center. The pool is very cold but the sea was very close with several private small coves. Will definitely come back!

We were a group of young people on vacation, the place was perfect for rest, the Dome suited everyone, the pool, barbecue, terrace is a great solution for relaxation, the beach is about 200 steps away but to experience at the bottom a beautiful beach and a bar and 2 restaurants, it is good to have a car to have something to move to larger towns, a shop 5 minutes walk, the beach 5 minutes The host was helpful, explained everything well and showed the best places. I recommend it for people who want to relax ☺️

The view was absolutely superb. The walk around the sea front was magnificent and the bars and restaurants were lovely. The slight issue was the steps down / up from the beach. However we managed and had a terrific time. A brilliant family holiday.
