50+ days	Cancellation up to 50 days before arrival 30% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.
49 to 30 days	Cancellation between 49 to 30 days before arrival 50% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.
29 days to 1 day	Cancellation between 29 days to 1 day before arrival 100% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty.

Antonio was a superb host and provided everything we needed for a fantastic holiday. Amazing villa and even better in person with the most incredible views. A car is a must but very close to beautiful little towns and beaches. We will definitely be back! Antonio was always on hand to answer any questions and give recommendations. The cleaning service mid week was a great bonus. Well stocked villa and excellent service. Thank you

This property is absolutely fabulous. Even better than the photos. The villa is just absolutely stunning. Every detail has been thought of. We wanted for nothing. Absolute perfection. The swimming pool area and grounds are just superb. The pool was heated which for our May stay was perfect. We had beautiful weather so felt very lucky. Antonio was the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble. Communication was first class. The nearby town of Brela is one of the prettiest seaside towns we have visisted as is Markarska. I would 100% recommend this villa. I would say that you would definitely need a car if you stay at this property and up quite a long steep driveway.

We had a fantastic stay and this fabulous villa. Great peaceful setting, spacious house (two families) and a dream pool. Some great beaches in easy driving distance. Plenty to do around the coast and islands. Antonio was a super responsive host. We hope to be back one day.

We had an amazing time at Villa Miscic. It had everything you need and they’d even thought of the details like extra clothes horses and pegs for drying towels etc. The place was incredibly clean and even had cleaners as part of the deal. Our host Antonio met us upon arrival to talk through the house and was on hand to help with anything we needed aka restaurant recommendations or taxi services. The view is AMAZING and the pool an excellent size for 8, our party size. The only downsides were that the outdoor grill has had to be replaced with an electric one due to wildfires (not their fault) and the road up the house can be a bit scary to drive the first time! But after that it’s fine. I would 100% recommend this place and for the price it’s incredible value.

Excellent villa perched above the coast with panoramic views of Brac and Hvar Islands. Has everything you need including outdoor kitchen. Highly recommend.
