50+ days	Cancellation up to 50 days before arrival 30% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.
49 to 30 days	Cancellation between 49 to 30 days before arrival 50% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.
29 days to 1 day	Cancellation between 29 days to 1 day before arrival 100% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.

Stayed with family for 6 nights.Very spacious. Pool is huge. Very comfortable will all amenities. Was met by the very helpful host (Zorana) who showed us round the Villa. Sunsets are stunning. Didn't want to leave! Highly recommend. High end finish on every aspect. Negative: There was no iron. But contacted and one was delivered in half an hour. It is a hard walk back from the beach/center area. We had a car, so not an issue. We did the walk once.

Stunning villa, super clean and comfortable. It is exactly as described and a very high spec home! The villa is a steep 20mins walk (5min drive) from a busy resort which has absolutely everything you could wish to do on holiday - we spent more time on the quieter harbour side. The locals are incredibly friendly. A wonderful holiday!

Had a wonderful stay! The house was very nice, especially the patio and pool! Very nice view of the sea! The host was very nice and accommodating. Can really recommend this home!
