49 to 30 days	Cancellation between 49 to 30 days before arrival 50% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.
29 days to 1 day	Cancellation between 29 days to 1 day before arrival 100% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty.

We had an amazing stay in Podstrana and at this fresh and spacious apartment! The apartment itself felt almost completely new and equipped with most of the basics needed for both cooking, washing and living. Two bedrooms and bathrooms, both with invaluable air conditioning and big beds, made our stay perfect. The host is very welcoming and friendly and made our stay extra enjoyable! One small detail to note is that the madras on one of the beds is quite hard, making it less ideal for adults (at least for those who likes a medium soft madras) 😊

The host was so helpful when we had a late night check in and then also a sick kid with recommendations. The apartment itself was beautiful and roomy. We missed part of our stay due to travel issues so didn’t get to see as much of the immediate area as we wanted but love being close to beach and away from the summer crowds.

FANTASTIC!!! Positive: Superb! The best accommodation/property I’ve ever stayed at. Nothing is missing. And the host—extraordinary, very kind. We weren't disturbed at all. We met at check-in and then at check-out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We had a beautiful stay at Apartment 5 Franco Maris. The host was super attentive and always just a message away. It’s in amazing location 3 min walk away from a small supermarket and super close to a wonderful beach and small marina and a 15-20 min taxi into Split so super convenient. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed and more the pool was lovely to cool off in, 100% would return. Thank you for a lovely stay!
