50+ days	Cancellation up to 50 days before arrival 30% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.
49 to 30 days	Cancellation between 49 to 30 days before arrival 50% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.
29 days to 1 day	Cancellation between 29 days to 1 day before arrival 100% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.

Large and spacious house, fantastic garden with a very nice barbecue area for the evening's barbecue. We were two families with small children as well as grandparents. It worked great with sleeping places.

Great place in a quiet part of town, with a short walk down to the harbour. (About 1000m). The house was perfect for our company of 7 adults. Please come back again.
