Criteria	Cancellation Policy
50+ days	Cancellation up to 50 days before arrival 30% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.
49 to 30 days	Cancellation between 49 to 30 days before arrival 50% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.
29 days to 1 day	Cancellation between 29 days to 1 day before arrival 100% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty.

This is a fantastic villa in a beautiful setting. It is vey well equipped, everything you need is included, and it was spotlessly clean. The views are fabulous, with great sunsets every night - we stayed for 2 weeks and never tired of it. The town of Makarska is nice and was not too busy even in July. The coastline and islands are stunning as well, there are plenty of great places to visit if you can tear yourself away from the view. Great hosts as well, absolutely nothing but positives to say.

My husband and I have just got back after spending 10 days at this beautiful villa. The other reviews are right, the photos do not do it justice! What a beautiful villa with an absolutely astonishing view of makarska, the mountains and crystal blue sea. Nikolina & Igor were friendly, accommodating and responsive, they made our stay very special and were always on hand with recommendations. We loved the setting and cleanliness of the villa, as well as the two turtle residents Bella and Corny who were just a delight. Thank you Nikolina & Igor for allowing us to stay in your lovely villa and for your warm hospitality. If ever we visit Croatia again we will certainly come back! Thanks Victoria & Steve

Merci Nikolina et Igor pour un séjour inoubliable! Nous avons passez de merveilleuses vacances dans votre maison. L‘entretien de la maison est exemplaire, l’infrastructure ne laisse aucun souhait ouvert, le contact est aimable, sympathique et très simple. La vue est absolument imprenable! Cette Villa est la meilleure que nous avons louée jusqu‘à présent. Nous sommes ravis!
