In case of cancellation made during the below mentioned period before the check in by the Guests, the following amount shall be deducted from the total Booking Amount:

Criteria	Cancellation Policy
50+ days	Cancellation up to 50 days before arrival 30% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.
49 to 30 days	Cancellation between 49 to 30 days before arrival 50% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.
29 days to 1 day	Cancellation between 29 days to 1 day before arrival 100% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty.

Ett mycket fint hus som var rent och fräscht. Ante tog emot oss när vi kom och gick igenom huset. Han skjutsade oss också för att handla. Hela vistelsen var fantastisk.

Ich möchte mich noch einmal herzlich bedanken. Unser Aufenthalt war hervorragend und hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Ein großes Dankeschön an Filip für die schnellen Antworten und die stets hilfreichen Informationen. Ebenso möchten wir uns bei Ante bedanken, der uns sehr freundlich empfangen hat. Er hat regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob wir etwas benötigen und ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist. Auch beim Check-out hat er sich viel Zeit genommen und sich wirklich bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die rund um die Uhr erreichbare Betreuung – bei Fragen oder Anliegen war immer jemand für uns da. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!
