Mooi verblijf, goede locatie, aan boulevard, 1 minuut van het strand. Winkeltjes in de buurt. Alleen appartement is helemaal bovenin, dus veel trappen. En in het trappenhuis erg warm. Verder heel goed, zeker een aanrader!

Positive: Perfektne vybavený novy, luxusný byt. Strašne veľa úložných priestorov. Kuchyňa aj kúpeľňa plne vybavená ako doma, nič nám nechýbalo. Terasa krásna a veľká, aj s lehatkami na opaľovanie a oddych. Byt je pár krokov od pláže. Všetko bolo perfektne, nenašli sme absolútne žiadne negatívum.

Positive: I recently stayed at Penthouse Nikolina – 50 m to beach! and absolutely loved it. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The location is simply unbeatable — literally a minute's walk (approx. 50 m) to the beach, which made spontaneous seaside breaks a breeze. The apartment is spacious, modern, and well-appointed. It includes two separate air-conditioned bedrooms, a comfortable living area, and a fully equipped kitchen with amenities like a dishwasher, oven, fridge, and even cleaning supplies. The terrace and balcony are perfect spots to relax after a day exploring Makarska. Everything was spotless and organized. The cleaning standard was excellent, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay. The apartment comes with free private parking and Wi-Fi, which added great convenience to our stay. This penthouse is a gem for anyone visiting Makarska—whether you're a couple, family, or just friends. The convenience of being steps from the beach, combined with high-end comforts, a spotless interior, and an exceptional host, creates a truly memorable stay. Highly recommended! Negative: The only downsides we experienced were in the bathroom and with the ceiling height. The shower area was a bit uncomfortable to use, and in some parts of the apartment the ceiling is lower, so we occasionally bumped our heads.
