49 to 30 days	Cancellation between 49 to 30 days before arrival 50% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.
29 days to 1 day	Cancellation between 29 days to 1 day before arrival 100% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.

The stay was completely spontaneous, and it turned out to be a shot at 10. The apartment is beautiful and super located. A beautiful view of the mountain and the second balcony also has a view of the sea. Large and spacious, enough for a 2+2 family. Great communication with the landlord. If Makarska again, we will definitely try the same place. Recommended!!!

I highly recommend Vila Jelena. Spacious, large, clean and modern apartment. It was perfect for a family with a child. Each room has air conditioning and a smart TV. From the main balcony, a beautiful view of the sea and islands, from the second balcony, a stunning view of the mountains! There is an elevator in the building, which made it much easier for us to stay with a child and a stroller. The apartment is soundproofed, and additionally has external blinds. Jelena Apartments are located about 40 m from the sea, it is a 2-minute walk. There are shops and a pharmacy in the area. Our stay at Vila Jelena was very successful, we were greeted by a wonderful and cordial hostess Zorana who showed us around and helped us with all questions, for which we thank her very much.💕We are delighted with this place and we will definitely come back there! I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a holiday in a beautiful, well-maintained, comfortable place with a wonderful view and in a great location !!!

Really great apartment with an amazing view from both balconies. Beds were really comfy and everything was clean and modern. Communication with the host was friendly, quick and easy. The only minus was the equipment in the kitchen - there could have been a few more dishes and cutlery etc. However, that’s the only thing and everything else is great. We would definitely stay there again :)
