Criteria	Cancellation Policy
50+ days	Cancellation up to 50 days before arrival 30% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.
49 to 30 days	Cancellation between 49 to 30 days before arrival 50% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.
29 days to 1 day	Cancellation between 29 days to 1 day before arrival 100% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty.

We stayed for 12 days at fabulous Villa Martha in wonderful Baska Voda. Everything was as described in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view over the bay on the Dalmatian Coast. Ana was very friendly and available when we needed a few more kitchen towels and when running out of garbage bags. We highly recommend this home as suitable for a group of 8.

We stayed here for 6 days with a group of friends and we truly had an amazing time. Couldn’t wish for a better stay, the house was very well equipped, the hosts were very friendly and always available whenever we had any questions. Literally one of the best airbnbs I‘ve ever stayed in, highly recommend it and would certainly book again!

The villa is simply beautiful - just like in the pictures! We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back The communication on site was also very good - the lady was extremely friendly and very helpful! We can only give the full score here Hvala za sve !!
