49 to 30 days	Cancellation between 49 to 30 days before arrival 50% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.
29 days to 1 day	Cancellation between 29 days to 1 day before arrival 100% of the Total Booking amount will be charged as a Cancellation penalty and the rest be refunded back.

We spent a wonderful 10 days at the place. The accommodation is located on a street, but there is hardly any traffic. However, you need a car to get to the surrounding beaches and restaurants. Zorana, was always available and also responded to questions, etc. From the villa you have a fantastic view and sun in September from morning to evening.
