Music Weekend in Makarska: "Modro i zeleno" and why you should visit

The coastal town of Makarska enters the fourth edition of the "Modro i zeleno" (Blue and Green) festival. From September 19 to 21, three days of music and film programming dedicated to the artistic legacy of Milan Mladenović (the iconic leader of the band Ekatarina Velika - EKV) will take over the city.

The festival connects three unique outdoor venues: Park fra Jure Radića, the scenic Osejava Peninsula, and the Makarska Summer Cinema (Ljetno kino). Admission to all events across all three days is 100% free.

16. “Praia do Ventu Eternu” (Dir. Đorđe Marjanović) — A short documentary compiled from rare, private VHS recordings of Milan Mladenović and Mitar Subotić Suba during their time creating music in Brazil.
